The cottage is situated on a hillside overlooking Ardvasar village and The Sound of Sleat to unrivalled views of the mountains.
It has a lounge, kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All the rooms have been tastefully decorated and have been furnished to a high standard. The small enclosed garden has a rotary dryer and a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is parking for 2 cars.
The comfortable lounge has ample seating, electric fire, TV with FreeSat and a Radio/CD player. There is unlimited free WiFi. The kitchen has a table and 4 chairs, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker. There is Oil-fired central heating throughout. The double and twin bedrooms have fitted mirrored wardrobes, drawer units and bedside cabinets. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c. and wash hand basin.
